We do not provide legal advice. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures as allowed under New Jersey law.
3. Booking & Appointment Policy
Appointments are booked through Calendly for client convenience. By booking, you agree to the following:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Same-day bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due at the time of signing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. Deposits (if required) are also non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the allowed window.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Calendly or PayPal. Use of these services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages, errors, or issues arising from third-party services.

Notary Touch provides notarial services only. You acknowledge and agree that:

9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
