2. Services & Scope

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • General notarizations

  • Loan signing services

  • Mobile notary services

  • Business & legal document notarizations

We do not provide legal advice. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures as allowed under New Jersey law.

3. Booking & Appointment Policy

Appointments are booked through Calendly for client convenience. By booking, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due at the time of signing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Zelle

  • PayPal

  • Cash

All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. Deposits (if required) are also non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the allowed window.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website remain the property of Notary Touch and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Calendly or PayPal. Use of these services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for damages, errors, or issues arising from third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Notary Touch provides notarial services only. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not responsible for the legal accuracy or completeness of your documents.

  • We are not liable if a notarized document is later rejected due to errors in the document itself.

  • We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notary Touch is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our sole discretion, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. DMCA Policy

Notary Touch respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement on our website.

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, please provide the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.

  3. Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).

  4. A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
